Limited Availability - If an item you order is not in stock, we will not process your order until we confirm the item's delivery status with you. You may cancel your order if the delivery status of a backordered item is not satisfactory.
All sales submitted on the web site are final. Prices subject to change without notice. Avortec.com is not responsible for typographical or other errors.
Return Policy - Items may be returned within 7 days for refund in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies if items are used, damaged or worn when returned. Fee may be waived if ordering a similar replacement item. Customer is responsible for return shipping on special order items. Please call 1 (989) 640-3131 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and shipping instructions for all refunds.
Returns may be shipped back to AVORTEC in like new condition for full credit less any non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable and will be charged. Restocking fee applies to damaged or worn products, products missing original packing materials, literature, tags, labels or other materials included in original packaging.
Defective Items - Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions: You must contact AVORTEC Inc. by email or phone to get an RMA#.

Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, tags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Consumables are non-refundable unless returned unused in their original packaging. Some items may only be returned for replacement and not for refund. Special orders may not be returned. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
Please send your product to Avortec for service. We will repair or replace components as needed under warranty and repair your unit for a small fee if it is out of warranty.

Warranty Information - All product are covered by the Avortec 1 year warranty or standard manufacturers warranty. Please refer to the products' warranty information for service.
If your need service on a regular basis with faster turn around we recommend purchasing the extended warranty option. Products used in a commercial or industrial environment or under extreme conditions may void warranty. Products modified for a production environment may void warranty.
