Tip guides:

0.9 Tip: cuts sheet metal, thin metals.

1.0 Tip: 1/16” to 1/4” metal.

1.1 Tip: 1/8” to 3/8” metal.

1.2 Tip: 3/8” to 5/8” metal.

1.3 Tip：1/2” to 1” or thicker.

Adjust air pressure accordingly so that the tip stops whistling.

Make sure to assemble the tips correct way as the last picture shows, assemble the swirl ring between outer tip and inner tip/electrode, do not reverse it, make sure the inner tip/electrode is tight, or your torch may get damaged quicker!
